  3. Data Retention and Account Deactivation Policy
    • Data Retention and Legal Exceptions
As an official government hospital application handling Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical information, all patient medical histories and related personal data are securely retained within the hospital’s core infrastructure in accordance with applicable national healthcare laws and statutory regulations. Due to these strict medical-legal compliance requirements and for the sake of patient safety, official medical records and clinical data cannot be deleted or erased upon user request.
    • Account Deactivation and Access Restriction
While the underlying official medical records must be legally maintained by the hospital, users have full control over their mobile application access. You have the right to request the permanent deactivation of your application login access. Deactivating your login access will:
      • Terminate and revoke all active sessions on your mobile devices.
      • Unlink your mobile device and user profile from the hospital's digital portal, ensuring that your medical records can no longer be viewed or accessed through this mobile application.
      • Erase non-medical, application-specific data such as notification preferences and temporary login cache.
    • How to Request Login Deactivation
To request the deactivation of your application login access, you may submit an official request through the following methods:
      • On-Site Verification: Visit the Information & Medical Records Department at the Hospital during official working hours.
      • Via Official Email: Send your request to sirsrsomh@gmail.com with the subject "App Login Deactivation Request". For security and verification purposes, please attach a copy of your Hospital Patient Card.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
    • Government Data Ownership & Medical Secrecy
All data presented and processed within this application is part of the official government hospital information system. It is strictly classified as state-regulated medical secrecy and is subject to national laws regarding public archiving and healthcare information management.
    • Strict Identity Verification
To prevent unauthorized access and protect patient privacy, the Hospital implements strict identity verification protocols. The Hospital reserves the right to reject any account-related requests (including login deactivation or access modification) if the applicant’s identity cannot be fully verified against our official, secure medical record database.
